How does the process work when selling my house to you?
The process is very simple when we buy houses. You can either fill out our cash offer form or give us a call at 702-840-4446 to give us details about the house you want to sell. If your house is one that meets our investment criteria we will schedule to see your house. When we meet you at your house we do a quick 10-15 Min walk through to asses the general condition. We can usually make you an offer on the spot. If we come to an agreement on a price, we will draw up a contract that is then sent to a preferred title company. The title company then prepares for the closing. You receive your money for the house at the closing and you’re done! Typically all in 7-10 Business days. If you need more time to move we can also work with you with up to 30 days to close when necessary.

Yes. Even if the house has a tenant, with or without a lease, we are still interested in making you an offer to buy the house. Even if the house is occupied by squatters! We will take it!
If I'm behind on my mortgage payments, can you still buy my home?
